The siding is coated with a special preservative that will last 1-2 years. Cleaning is as simple as spraying the exterior with a mild bleach mixtures, let dry, and reapply the preservative with brush, roller, or spray.

Yes, at your cost, you may use cement or asphalt, but no gravel.

Yes, same as a house or RV. A simple procedure will be explained to you for your protection while not in residence.
